Timing, pricing, payment and pickup, in one place.
Standard delivery is included. Have your bag ready by 8pm. We'll pick it up between 8pm and midnight, wash, dry and fold it overnight, and return it between 8am and noon the next day.
For early delivery, add $6 to have your laundry delivered before 8am guaranteed. It may arrive earlier, including at 6am or 7am, depending on when your order is ready. If we deliver after 8am, we'll refund the $6 early delivery fee.
You can also choose a 1-hour pickup window between 8pm and midnight, or a 1-hour delivery window before noon, for $6 each way.
Yes. Standard pickups can be scheduled until 7:30 PM the same day. If you choose an exact pickup time, you can schedule until 30 minutes before it starts, so a 10–11 PM pickup can be booked until 9:30 PM.
$39 per order covers up to 12 kg, two loads (darks and lights, always washed separately), washing, drying, folding, and standard pickup and delivery. You only pay more for extra weight, extra loads or an exact pickup or delivery time.
At our shop, before washing. We take a photo of the scale for every order. Anything over 12 kg is $3 per kg, and we only count full kilos, so 12.9 kg is still charged as 12.
Anything you’d like washed on its own, such as towels or bedding, is $6 per load.
You add a card when you schedule. Nothing is charged until your laundry is back. We then confirm your final total, charge your card once and email you a receipt. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, and all prices are in USD.
No. You can leave your bag at the front desk or in a spot you choose, then add a drop off photo of it on your order page. If you’d rather hand it over in person, we’ll email you an estimated arrival time before your driver sets off.
